OS for the
Biological Foundry
A compiler stack for synthetic biology. High-level biological intent ("produce protein X", "store this archive", "encode this logic gate inside this cell", "prepare an entanglement vault", "compose a CISS spin-gate") compiles through NWO-ASM to a polymorphic Process-Matrix IR, dispatches to any qualified write substrate — enzymatic TdT, photolithographic chip, electrochemical semiconductor, microfluidic droplet, photonic synthesis, phosphoramidite, spin-injection, or wetware target — and is validated, fold-predicted, coherence-validated and runtime-error-corrected by NWO NEURO. The optional Chiral-Quantum Engine adds a typed σχ channel to the IR for chirality-aware compilation. Same wallet, one USDC settlement layer (MetaStateSplitter on Base mainnet), atomic 15% referrer split.
